The conference is over, thus registration is not possible anymore.
Formerly, to register for the conference (fees),
one would fill out and submit the following form (* marks required text fields):
After submitting the filled form, you should see a confirmation web page
(please print or save this page in case you need a registration receipt).
Afterwards (within one or two weeks), you will receive an e-mail with the invoice and payment details (fees).
By submitting this form you agree that your data is stored and processed for the purpose of the conference organization.
